Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Services

An Post seeks a qualified Security Partner to deliver comprehensive managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) services. The supplier will provide 24/7 security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and management across An Post's entire technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: continuous security event monitoring, real-time threat detection and analysis, alert triage and incident escalation, incident response coordination, compliance reporting, and ongoing service improvements. The supplier must support Microsoft Sentinel as the primary SIEM platform while demonstrating capability to manage alternative SIEM technologies if An Post's security architecture changes. The service must monitor and manage security events from both Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies, including systems that lack native Microsoft Sentinel integration. The supplier will work collaboratively with An Post teams and third-party providers to ensure comprehensive coverage, effective incident management, and alignment with security, resilience, governance, and regulatory requirements. The engagement requires providing qualified cybersecurity personnel and delivering professional reporting and governance capabilities throughout the contract term.
