Orthopaedic, Trauma and Spine Medical Devices and Services

This opportunity covers the supply of products and services for orthopaedic, trauma, and spine procedures, including medical devices, orthopaedic-specific equipment such as power tools, equipment management services, and related orthopaedic services. Suppliers must meet specific qualification requirements including ISO 9001:2015, BS EN ISO 13485:2016, or MDAP accreditation covering their full supply chain (sales, manufacturing, storage, and distribution). CE certification and Declaration of Conformity certificates are required where applicable. Additional mandatory requirements include: a Modern Slavery Statement on your website (for annual turnover of £36 million or above), a Modern Slavery Assessment Tool score of 41% or above, completion of the Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment at Level 1 within 12 months of tender close, a valid Carbon Reduction Plan meeting PPN 006 requirements, and Cyber Security Essentials Plus certification if handling patient or personal data or providing IT systems or devices.
