University of Dundee HVAC Facilities Management Contract 2026

The University of Dundee is seeking an experienced Facilities Management contractor to deliver and manage HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) services across its estate. This contract requires proven expertise in maintaining complex mechanical building systems for large institutional clients. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operation of all HVAC assets across the University's City Centre campus, Ninewells Hospital campus, and other outlying properties to support staff, students, and visitors. The scope covers mechanical engineering maintenance only; plumbing and electrical services are excluded. The successful contractor will manage technically demanding hard facilities management services with a demonstrated track record of delivering similar services to comparable organizations.
