    Brief

    Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is seeking qualified contractors for the removal of an existing pedestrian bridge and all associated enabling works at Clare Glen Park, located approximately 440 meters south of Clare Glen Caravan Park on Markethill Road, Tandragee, Craigavon BT62 2ET. This project will be managed under an NEC4 Professional Services Short Contract. Interested contractors should have demonstrated experience in bridge removal, site preparation, and related civil engineering works. The scope includes the complete dismantling and disposal of the pedestrian bridge structure and all necessary preparatory and supporting activities to complete the removal safely and in accordance with relevant regulations.
