Turnbridge Mills Redevelopment Project

John L Brierley Property Ltd is seeking a qualified principal contractor to construct a new warehouse unit and office space at Turnbridge Mills in Huddersfield. The project includes several key components: - Converting the existing mill (Building D) into office space. - Installing a new external facade on the south elevation of Building A. - Creating new external yards and visitor parking areas. - Establishing a remote staff car park. Please note that there is a separate enabling works contract for this project, which involves the demolition of several existing buildings, re-routing of external services, and other preparatory tasks. This enabling works contract has already been tendered separately and is not included in the main works described here. The start and completion dates mentioned are provisional and may change. Additionally, the enabling works and main works may occur simultaneously on-site, provided it is safe and practical to do so.
