    Brief

Walsall Council is seeking voluntary sector and community-led organisations to serve as Resilient Communities Locality Leads across four geographic areas of the borough. Selected providers will support and develop the community, voluntary, and faith sector (VCS) by acting as advocates for local voices within anchor organisations, both locally and regionally. The role requires strong community understanding, proven collaboration skills, and experience working with CVS organisations and volunteer networks. The four service areas are: North Walsall (including Bloxwich, Beechdale, Leamore, Reedswood, Harden, Goscote, and Ryecroft); West Walsall (including Bentley, Darlaston, New Invention, Short Heath, and Willenhall); East Walsall (including Pelsall, Brownhills, Aldridge, Streetly, Rushall-Shelfield, and Pheasey Park Farm); and South Walsall (including Paddock, St Matthews, Palfrey, the Delves, and Pleck). Providers must demonstrate experience in fostering effective partnerships and engaging diverse community stakeholders.
