One-to-One Mentoring Support for Young People Affected by Violence or Exploitation

This is an opportunity to deliver a mentoring service that provides individualised support to young people who have experienced or been affected by serious youth violence or exploitation. The service aims to help vulnerable young people through one-to-one relationships with trained mentors, offering guidance, support, and positive role modelling. Mentors will work to build trust, address trauma, develop resilience, and help young people access wider support services. The service should be sensitive to the complex needs of young people affected by violence or exploitation and contribute to their safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive development.
