    Brief

The Department for Work and Pensions seeks a supplier to provide full programme management and administration services for the Pathways to Work: Innovation Fund, a grant programme designed to test innovative approaches for supporting disabled people and those with health conditions into employment across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The successful supplier will manage the entire programme lifecycle including: design and development of the fund; market engagement and promotion; application processing, assessment and award services; evaluation of funded initiatives; and due diligence and counter-fraud services. The fund is open to individuals and organisations from public, private, academic and third sectors. The contract is valued at £4.25 million for an initial 20-month period, with an option to extend for up to 24 months subject to performance, available funding and governance approval. This is a call-off from the RM6322 Fund Administration and Disbursement Services Dynamic Purchasing System. Tenders will be evaluated using the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) approach, with technical capability weighted at 60% and commercial proposals at 40%.
