Electrical Works Framework Agreement - Midlands (4 Lots)

Citizen is seeking to establish an Electrical Works Framework Agreement with up to three contractors per lot across four geographical areas in the Midlands: Coventry, Birmingham, Worcestershire, and Herefordshire. This tender is reserved for local suppliers in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The framework will cover repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical works across Citizen's housing stock. The initial contract term is four years with optional break points at two and three years, subject to satisfactory performance reviews. Suitably experienced service providers with proven capability to deliver quality electrical works are invited to express interest. All applications must be submitted through the Citizen E-Procurement portal with supporting documentation. Applicants should direct any tender clarifications exclusively through the portal's Correspondence function, and answers will be shared with all tenderers.
