Concept Design Study for Electric Lifting System

UKFE is conducting preliminary market engagement to gather supplier input on a concept design study for an electric overhead or gantry crane lifting system. This desktop study will generate multiple concept designs, provide advice on load cases, deliver complex lift design guidance to inform component selection, and offer system costing aligned with design maturity. The study scope is anticipated to be relatively short but could significantly influence project direction and support the development of a first-of-kind heavy lift system. This is preliminary market engagement only and does not constitute a live tender opportunity. If UKFE proceeds, a separate formal tender notice will be published separately. Estimated value: £70,000.
