End of Project Evaluation for Business Support Programme in London Libraries

The British Library seeks an evaluation supplier to assess the impact and effectiveness of the BIPC London Locals - 'Kickstart Your Business' programme, which provides business support to aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs across London boroughs. This end-of-programme evaluation will measure economic and social impact, identify successes and best practices, and generate evidence to support future funding applications. The findings will help the British Library and JP Morgan Chase (the funding partner) demonstrate project achievements and enable local borough libraries to build a strong evidence base for continued BIPC funding.
