    Brief

    The College of Policing is seeking a single supplier to provide specialist problem-solving support to police forces across England and Wales participating in the Home Office Knife Crime Concentrations Fund (KCCF). You will help police teams develop, review, refine and finalize SARA-based (Scanning, Analysis, Response, Assessment) problem-solving plans designed to reduce knife crime in identified hotspot locations. Phase 1 is a three-month contract starting July 2026. Depending on operational needs and funding, the contract may be extended for up to nine additional months, with potential Phase 2 services including implementation support. Your submitted day rates will apply to any extended or additional services. Please note that no guarantee is given regarding contract extensions or Phase 2 commissions.
