Food Waste Treatment and Disposal Services - 4 Regional Lots

This procurement involves four separate contracts for food waste treatment and disposal services across two geographic areas. Lot 1 and Lot 2 cover the North of Authority Area with a contract start date of 1 April 2026. Lot 3 and Lot 4 cover the South of Authority Area with a contract start date of 24 November 2026. Each contract has a four-year initial term with an optional three-year extension, with all lots expiring concurrently. Collection area location maps are provided for each lot. Bidders must opt in via the In-tend electronic tendering system to participate. All questions and clarifications must be submitted through the In-tend correspondence facility. Tender submissions should be completed well before the closing deadline to avoid technical issues. The Council will support bidders throughout the tendering process and publish clarifications to ensure fair and consistent evaluation.
