Transport and Confidential Material Movement Services Tender - British Council Bangladesh

BC Services Bangladesh Limited, a local entity of The British Council, is seeking qualified vendors to provide transport services and confidential material movement services across Bangladesh. This tender is divided into two separate lots that bidders can apply for individually or together: Lot 1: Transport Services - General transportation services to support British Council's expanding operations nationwide. Lot 2: Confidential Materials (CM) Movement Services - Specialized in-country transportation of confidential and irreplaceable documents, with emphasis on safety, security, and timely delivery. Eligible service providers should demonstrate relevant experience, capability, and compliance with tender requirements. Bidders must clearly indicate which lot(s) they are applying for. Each lot will be evaluated independently based on quality, methodology, technical compliance, and commercial value. The British Council reserves the right to award one or both lots to the same supplier or different suppliers based on evaluation results. Selection will be based on the most economically advantageous offer considering overall service quality, compliance, and value for money. Detailed specifications are provided in Schedule 1. Interested and capable service providers are encouraged to participate.
