Installation of Electrical Systems for the New Altenberge Town Hall

The goal of the client is to certify the new construction of the Altenberge Town Hall according to the DGNB usage profile for new office and administrative buildings, version 2018, with a minimum overall fulfillment rate of 50% (Silver). Additionally, the project aims to achieve the "Sustainable Building Quality Seal" (QNG) from the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development, and Building. The client places great importance on a low-emission or emission-free construction method. Therefore, the contractor must demonstrate compliance with the qualities specified in the DGNB guidelines (Criterion: ENV1.2 Risks to the local environment) and the QNG requirements in their choice of materials and products. The construction of the Altenberge Town Hall is divided into two phases, which must be executed separately. The second phase will only commence after the demolition of the existing town hall. For more precise dates, please refer to the attached schedule. The bidder must consider the separate execution timeline in their calculations.
