Insurance and Related Services Provider for Community Housing Group

Community Housing Group is seeking one or more qualified insurance providers to deliver comprehensive Insurance and related services covering Property, Legal Liability, and other general (non-life) insurable risks. The scope of coverage may include property damage and business interruption, employers liability, public liability, products and property owners liability, business combined/office insurance, money insurance, all risks coverage, computer insurance, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability. Community Housing Group retains discretion over the final list of required coverages. Qualified suppliers must demonstrate strong financial capability and propose insurers with minimum credit ratings of 'A-' from Standard & Poor's, 'A-' from AM Best, or equivalent ratings from independent reputable agencies approved by the bidder's market security committee. Ratings below A- may be considered with prior disclosure and written recommendation from the market security committee before the ITT bid deadline. Assessment criteria include: the ability to offer choice of suitable insurers and cover options; a skilled team with expertise in client relationship management, claims management, insurance broking/underwriting, and risk management; and delivery of quality service to both the contracting authority and their clients, including services from any third-party contractors or insurers involved.
