    Brief

    This public procurement contract involves the delivery and implementation of a solution to modernize the hospital information system at the General University Hospital in Prague. The project includes ensuring interoperability with eHealth systems, implementing structured electronic health documentation, connecting to the NCPeH infrastructure, and integrating interfaces according to IHE XDS.b/MHD standards. The contract consists of three main components: 1) A one-time delivery of unlimited user rights (multi-license) for the software solution, allowing an unlimited number of users at the hospital. 2) Implementation of standardized health documentation and expansion of the existing solution to selected departments, including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Neonatology, and Anesthesiology. This includes all required activities outlined in Chapter 4 of the tender documents. 3) Provision of support services for the delivered solution, as specified in Chapter 6 of the tender documents. Additional development services may be requested beyond the scope of the contract, with a maximum of 96 man-days anticipated for the duration of the project. The implementation of the contract is co-financed under the National Recovery Plan for Electronic Health Services (Interoperability II) and is funded by the European Union – NextGeneration EU. The contract does not include infrastructure, hardware, or system software provided by the buyer in its current state, nor consumables used in the subsequent operation of the information system.
