Waste Collection Services in Nîmes Metropole

This contract opportunity involves the collection of residual household waste and recyclable household packaging in the western sector of the Nîmes Metropole area. The municipalities included are Bernis, Caissargues, Caveirac, Clarensac, Langlade, Marguerittes, Milhaud, Saint-Côme-et-Maruéjols, and Saint-Dionizy. The contract covers both the collection and transportation of the collected waste to treatment facilities. The same collection vehicles will transport the waste directly to the treatment site at the end of their route, without any transfer station. The contract consists of: - Regular services at a fixed price; - Occasional services under a framework agreement that allows for the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with specific articles of the Public Procurement Code. These services will be executed as purchase orders are issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices in the Unit Price Schedule, based on the actual quantities performed. Therefore, this is a mixed-price contract. According to the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded with an economic operator, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount specified in the commitment document.
