Solar Energy Projects in Babiak Municipality

The contract involves the implementation of the project "Renewable Energy in Babiak Municipality" under a design and build framework. It is divided into two parts: 1) Part I: Supply and installation of photovoltaic systems and energy storage systems for residential buildings. 2) Part II: Supply and installation of heat pump systems for residential buildings. Contractors can submit bids for all or selected parts of the contract, with no limit on the number of parts awarded to the same contractor. For Part I, the scope includes: a) Developing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary project documentation for the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems and energy storage for residential buildings. b) Installing photovoltaic systems or systems with energy storage. c) Performing additional tasks as specified in the functional and utility program for the supply and installation of photovoltaic systems and energy storage for residential buildings. For Part II, the scope includes: a) Developing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary project documentation for the supply and installation of heat pumps for residential buildings. b) Modernizing the heating system by replacing the current heat source with a heat pump system (ground source or air-to-water). c) Performing additional tasks as specified in the functional and utility program for the supply and installation of heat pumps for residential buildings.
