Social Welfare Services for Disabled Individuals – Management of the Residential and Day Center 'Aranjuez' for Adults with Severe Intellectual Disabilities

This contract involves the management of a center that provides care for adults with severe intellectual disabilities, which includes both residential and day care services. The legal framework for this service is governed by Decree 271/2000 of December 21, which regulates the Basic Legal Framework for Public Services for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. The center is located in Aranjuez (Madrid), at C/ Del Regajal, 3, and is owned by the Community of Madrid. It has the capacity to accommodate 48 residents and 12 day care users, with the latter number representing the maximum simultaneous attendance. The 'Aranjuez' center includes the following resources: - Residential Facility: A social facility designed to provide comprehensive care, either permanently or temporarily, which includes accommodation, meals, assistance with daily activities, personal, family, and social support, as well as recreational activities and specialized care aimed at preventing deterioration and promoting the maintenance and development of residents' capabilities and social integration. - Day Center: A social facility that provides daytime care, including personal care, personal and social habilitation, and specialized attention to maximize the development of users' capabilities and social integration, while preventing the progression of deterioration. This resource allows individuals to remain in their family and community environment and also provides meal and transportation services.
