Engineering Services for Residential Building Project in Starachowice

The contract involves the preparation of design and cost documentation for the construction of a multi-family social housing building, including necessary technical and communication infrastructure, located on Kościelna Street in Starachowice. This project is part of the 'Starachowice Housing Program'. Detailed specifications for the project can be found in Annex 1 of the procurement documents. The completed building will be designated for social housing, including accommodations for individuals with disabilities. The contracting authority does not require that personnel involved in the execution of the contract be employed under a labor contract. If the contractor references trademarks, patents, or specific origins (brands, manufacturers, suppliers) of materials, as well as standards, approvals, technical specifications, and reference systems mentioned in Article 99, paragraphs 1-7 of the Public Procurement Law, they must indicate in the documentation that equivalent materials or solutions are acceptable and clarify the scope of acceptable equivalence.
