Engineering Services for Water Supply Network Project in Poznań

This contract involves the development of a project for the construction of a water supply network, including connections, in Poznań. The project must comply with current building laws and regulations, including the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for construction work, and functional and utility programs. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining a valid building permit, which can be electronic or paper-based, as decided by the contractor. Additionally, the contractor will provide author supervision during the construction phase, from the signing of the contract until the final acceptance protocol is signed. Specific requirements and project solutions are detailed in the technical conditions provided by AQUANET S.A. The author supervision includes 20 supervision cards, with 10 requiring on-site presence and 10 without. If additional on-site visits or supervision cards are needed, unit prices from the supervision agreement will apply, limited to 50% of the initially specified quantities.
