The delivery, installation, commissioning, and training must be completed within 60 days of receiving the order from the contracting authority. The equipment will be delivered to the "Sf. Spiridon" Emergency Clinical Hospital in Iași. A minimum warranty period of 24 months from the final acceptance date is required. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline.
