Wastewater Treatment Filters - Acquisition of Two Advanced Plant Filter Units for Aix-Marseille University

This contract involves the purchase, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty of two advanced plant filter systems for wastewater treatment as part of the FPA CISAM+ project. The procurement is not divided into lots as the nature of the work does not allow for distinct services. This is an open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract includes a firm tranche and optional tranches: Firm Tranche (TF): Acquisition, installation, commissioning, training, and warranty of two mobile advanced plant filter systems (FPA) for wastewater treatment and two control cabinets. Optional Tranche 1 (TO1): Acquisition, installation, and commissioning of two probes for analyzing parameters such as suspended solids, pH, temperature, conductivity, redox, and dissolved oxygen (one probe per FPA system). The estimated value of the contract is 150,000 Euros excluding VAT (for all tranches). The services will be executed at the site specified in the contract documents. SOCIAL CLAUSE: Aix-Marseille University aims to use public procurement as a tool to promote employment and combat unemployment and social exclusion. In accordance with the French Public Procurement Code, the specifications include a social clause as a condition for executing the contract, detailed in the 'social clause' section of the contract documents. To facilitate its implementation, Aix-Marseille University has provided identified technical support.
