Highways Services Supplier Framework – Specialist Contracts

This is a market consultation for a new Specialist Services Framework covering highways-related work across three distinct lots. Lot 1 covers Ground Investigation Services (estimated £600k over 4 years), including trial trenches, boreholes, geotechnical testing, and surveying to Ordnance Survey standards with traffic management. Lot 2 provides Non-Destructive Testing and visual inspections for street lighting assets (estimated £550k over 4 years), performed annually in accordance with Institute of Lighting Professionals guidance. Lot 3 offers Ecology services (estimated £450k over 4 years), including desktop assessments, habitat regulations screening, and surveys for protected species such as bats, otters, water voles, reptiles, dormice, and fish.
