    Brief

    This contract involves the supply of a continuous blood glucose monitoring system package, including consumables for a duration of three months. The system features an implantable subcutaneous biosensor with an integrated transmitter and an insertion system. Minimum and maximum quantities are specified in the technical specifications document. Subsequent contracts will be established based on the framework agreement, depending on the allocated budget funds. The largest subsequent contract is expected to be monthly or for any period covered by the available budget. The products covered by this framework agreement are part of the National Diabetes Program, which is reimbursed and managed according to the technical norms attached to Order 180/2022 of the President of CNAS. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are detailed in the technical specifications and Section II.1.6) Lot Division. The estimated minimum value for the framework agreement LOT 1 TYPE 1 SENSORS is 680,750.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated maximum value for LOT 1 TYPE 1 SENSORS is 1,089,200.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated minimum value for subsequent contracts LOT 1 TYPE 1 SENSORS is 54,460.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated maximum value for subsequent contracts LOT 1 TYPE 1 SENSORS is 81,690.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated minimum value for the framework agreement LOT 2 TYPE 2 SENSORS is 680,750.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated maximum value for LOT 2 TYPE 2 SENSORS is 1,089,200.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated minimum value for subsequent contracts LOT 2 TYPE 2 SENSORS is 54,460.00 lei excluding VAT; the estimated maximum value for subsequent contracts LOT 2 TYPE 2 SENSORS is 81,690.00 lei excluding VAT.
