Architecture and Engineering Services for Hospital Renovation

The project involves 17 distinct lots for which suppliers can submit proposals for one or more. The lots include: * Design support * Civil engineering * Building physics * Electrical engineering * HVAC engineering * Medical gas engineering * Fire safety engineering * Environmental engineering * Façade engineering * Construction expert (timing and implementation) * Construction economist * Ergonomics / disability expert * Facility management expert * Project management assistance * Information modeling and management methodology * BIM modeling. This renovation project is part of the "Hospital Master Plan 2022-2040" aimed at modernizing the infrastructure of the HUG institution. The Lina Stern building (6A) and its elevator tower (6B) are large structures (44 m high, approximately 50,000 m² of usable space) that are becoming obsolete after 60 years of operation. The building's construction quality, functionality, cultural significance, and integration into the Cluse-Roseraie site confirm the need for a comprehensive renovation project. The goals include bringing the building up to code, extending its lifecycle, and improving hospital organization efficiency within the Northern Zone Master Plan. While the main functions of the building (hospitalization, restaurant, operating rooms, interventional activities, and others) will remain similar, the layout of spaces and technical networks will need to evolve. This call for tenders focuses on the preliminary studies of phase SIA 21 and is organized around 17 distinct lots related to project management assistance and design/planning mandates.
