Detailed procurement needs are outlined in the technical specifications document. The contract duration is 24 months from the start date. Part 1: Continuous maintenance, repair, and ensuring operational readiness of 9,575 various medical technology devices and accessories at the Zala County Szent Rafael Hospital. This includes replacing faulty parts, providing consumables for maintenance and repairs, periodic inspections, and related call center tasks. Services will be provided both continuously and through individual orders. The buyer commits to a minimum call-off obligation of 70% of the average number of devices to be maintained during the contract period, with a maximum upward deviation of 30%. Part 2: Continuous maintenance, repair, and ensuring operational readiness of 1,105 various medical technology devices and accessories at the Keszthely Hospital. Services will be provided through individual orders, and no minimum number of devices is specified. The total contract value is net 50,000,000 HUF, with the buyer committing to a call-off obligation of net 25,000,000 HUF.
