Construction of Multifunctional Buildings for EDF Headquarters in Paris

This contract notice pertains to the technical and architectural works for the new EDF headquarters located at 89, Avenue de la Grande Armée, 750116 Paris. The project involves the renovation of office spaces and common areas, covering a total usable area of 14,600 m², including 12,800 m² in superstructure and 1,800 m² in infrastructure. The infrastructure work (across 5 levels) includes the development of changing rooms, cafeterias, storage rooms, technical areas, and control booths in parking lots. The superstructure work spans from the ground floor to the 8th floor, with 7 levels designated as traditional office spaces, designed as open areas with meeting rooms, some closed offices, and social spaces (café) and co-working areas. Specific zones will be treated uniquely, including a crisis center, a trading room, and a space for the Presidency. Ground floor works will focus on the reception area (bank, waiting area, exhibition zone, café, IT space) and a filming area (set, control rooms, etc.). The top floor will include reception areas, an executive kitchen, and a large meeting room suitable for council meetings. This is a contract without financial commitment, available in Macro-Lots or GME (Groupement Momentané d'Entreprises). The macro-lots include: - A - Architectural works: Site organization, drywall, removable partitions, mobile partitions, false ceilings, false floors, wall coverings, flooring, carpentry, layout, locksmithing, signage, and vitrophanie - B - Electrical works: Strong currents, VDI, SSI, GTC - C - Kitchen equipment - D - HVAC/Plumbing. Candidates may respond in a Group (GME) for multiple lots or for all macro-lots. If applicable, the names of co-contractors and subcontractors must be provided by the lead contractor in the RFI, or their application may be rejected. Candidates cannot respond in multiple GME simultaneously.
