Construction Supervision Services for the Northern Breakwater on St. Catherine Island

This contract is for professional supervision services and coordination for the construction of the Northern Breakwater on St. Catherine Island. The supervision services must comply with Croatian and European legislation. The contractor is required to fulfill the following obligations: • Responsibilities of supervising engineers as defined in the construction contract terms (FIDIC Red Book), • Responsibilities of supervising engineers as defined in the Construction Act (NN 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19, 145/2024) and the Spatial Planning and Construction Act (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), • Supervision of the preparation of project documentation by the contractor in contracts subject to supervision services, and • All other obligations defined in the Project Assignment.
