Construction of Sidzina Bypass on National Road No. 46

This contract involves the design and construction of the Sidzina bypass along National Road No. 46. The project is located in the Opole Voivodeship, within the Nysa County, covering the municipalities of Skoroszyce and Łambinowice, as well as the Niemodlin municipality in Opole County. The scope of work includes: 1) construction of the bypass on National Road No. 46, 2) three road intersections, 3) reconstruction of existing roads affected by the national road, 4) construction of roads other than the national road, including rerouting existing roads to restore disrupted connections or ensure access to properties, 5) construction of additional lanes within the road corridor, 6) engineering structures along the national road and additional lanes, 7) drainage systems, including road ditches, stormwater drainage, pre-treatment devices, retention tanks, and other related systems, 8) environmental protection measures, such as noise barriers, wildlife crossings, ecological culverts with protective fencing, landscaping, and road fencing, 9) removal and disposal of identified invasive plant species from the construction site, 10) removal and disposal of identified waste as per previously developed documentation, 11) reconstruction of conflicting existing underground and above-ground infrastructure, including telecommunication and energy devices, water supply networks, stormwater and sewage systems, and other facilities, 12) demolition of buildings and structures, removal of road elements, culverts, and others, 13) telecommunication network for the contracting authority, 14) road lighting, 15) traffic organization, including road safety devices, 16) cleaning and unblocking existing drainage systems to ensure effective water drainage from the road corridor, 17) full reclamation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities, construction site, temporary roads, and any other areas altered by the contractor after the work is completed, 18) repairs to restore roads and properties used by the contractor or buildings damaged due to the contractor's activities to a condition no worse than before construction, 19) re-establishment or determination of road corridor boundaries for roads constructed under the investment, considering their designed category, 20) determination of new shorelines for modified watercourses, 21) all works necessary to connect the section to the existing transport system, including any necessary reconstruction and traffic organization changes resulting from the adopted solutions, 22) Traffic Management System, 23) ground reinforcement and ensuring the stability of excavation and embankment slopes according to soil and water conditions, considering: - soil, rock, and material properties, including anthropogenic materials (uncontrolled embankments); - anticipated impacts that may be applied loads (assuming a load from vehicles evenly distributed at 25 KPa) or specified displacements (e.g., caused by ground movements); - limit values of deformations; - requirements specified in Polish standards; - properties of uncontrolled embankments caused by human activity such as gravel quarry excavations, illegal waste dumps, along with their reclamation. The total estimated value of the contract is above 20,000,000 euros.
