    Brief

This contract involves the expansion and modernization of the Regional Forensic Psychiatry Center in Branice under a 'design and build' model. The project aims to design and expand the facility to ensure an adequate number of secure places for patients, improve the efficiency of the unit, and ensure continuity of services. The investment consists of four main tasks: 1. Expanding the center by adding 74 additional beds for patients under court-ordered secure measures. 2. Adapting the existing building to comply with current regulations. 3. Constructing three pairs of residential buildings for essential medical staff, including doctors and psychologists. 4. Enhancing internal security by building a panel fence around the recreational area to prevent patients from leaving the facility unsupervised. The scope of the investment includes detailed descriptions of each task in the Functional-Utility Program documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise options for additional work within 30 days of contract signing. The contractor must fulfill the contract as described in the tender documents, and the project is not divided into parts to ensure efficiency and coordination.
