Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Services in Montana, Bulgaria

This procurement contract is for selecting a contractor to perform repairs on vehicles owned by the Regional Road Management in Montana, Bulgaria. The goal is to ensure that the vehicles are maintained in good working condition. The services required include comprehensive technical maintenance and repairs of automotive equipment, including diagnostics and various repairs. Specific tasks include: - Diagnostics and repair of the chassis, braking system, and steering; - Diagnostics and repair of the clutch, gearbox, and differential; - Diagnostics and repair of the electrical system; - Diagnostics and repair of the engine; - Replacement of exhaust pipes and mufflers; - Replacement of consumables such as oils, filters, antifreeze, brake fluid, and batteries. The contractor will also provide the following services: - Complete diagnostics of vehicles; - Technical maintenance and repair of the engine, clutch, gearbox, handbrake, and drive shaft; - Technical maintenance and repair of the front axle, steering, rear axle, braking system, and vehicle suspension; - Technical maintenance and repair of the vehicle's electrical system and fuel system; - Technical maintenance and repair of the vehicle's chassis and adjustment of the front and rear axles; - Ongoing repairs as needed; - Checking the charge of the batteries during periodic maintenance; - Checking and charging air conditioning systems during periodic maintenance to prepare vehicles for use in the spring and summer; - Bodywork services; - Painting services; - Any other repairs that may arise during the operation of the vehicles. The supply of spare parts, materials, and consumables will be done upon written request from the contracting authority for each individual vehicle. The supplied spare parts, accessories, and consumables must be new, original, and/or alternative, unused, and compatible with the make and model of the vehicle. The contract does not include the purchase of tires.
