Supply of Pharmaceutical Products for Health Programs

This contract involves the supply of medicinal products as part of health programs. Suppliers are required to provide medicinal products that comply with Polish pharmaceutical law and are listed in the official announcements of the Ministry of Health regarding reimbursed medications. The contract is divided into 10 packages, each containing specific medicinal products. Suppliers can submit bids for one or more packages, but all items in a package must be included in the bid. Deliveries will occur as needed, with a minimum delivery time of two working days and a maximum of five working days. Payment will be made via bank transfer within 30 to 60 days after delivery and receipt of a valid VAT invoice. The contract is managed by the Medical Center in Łańcut.
