Support for the Development of E-Services in Local Government of Poznań Metropolis

This contract involves the execution of key tasks under the project "Support for the Development of E-Services in Local Government of Poznań Metropolis - Gmina Komorniki." The tasks include: 1) Modernizing the electronic public service system, which encompasses: a) A communication interface for e-service users, including a mobile application, b) A domain-specific system for local taxes, c) A domain-specific system for managing and processing payments, d) An electronic document circulation system (document management and correspondence), e) A system for providing information on budget execution and organizing the financial-accounting system. 2) Adapting the current work environment to the modernized electronic public service system, including: a) A reporting and analytical system, b) A payroll and HR system. 3) Training for employees on: a) The modernized electronic public service system, b) Cybersecurity related to the modernized and newly implemented systems. The contractor is required to prepare for the implementation of the software and functionalities specified, deliver and install the software, configure it, integrate it with the buyer's software, provide necessary licenses or transfer copyright, deliver post-implementation documentation, perform data migration, conduct tests, launch the software, provide training, and ensure warranty service for 60 months. The contractor must also comply with environmental protection principles and possess an ISO/IEC 27001 certification or equivalent. The detailed technical requirements are outlined in the contract annex. The delivery location is the Gmina Komorniki Office.
