Support Services for Public Administration in Germany

The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) is responsible for overseeing the participation management of the Federal Company for Final Disposal mbH (BGE), BGZ Company for Interim Storage mbH, and Zukunft – Umwelt – Gesellschaft gGmbH (ZUG). The BMUV's participation management is tasked with assisting the companies in hiring executive personnel and managing related administrative matters. This contract aims to procure support services that will aid the BMUV and the companies under its jurisdiction in the search and selection of executive staff, facilitate the associated recruitment processes, design and implement assessment measures, develop compensation structures, and address strategic and conceptual issues in human resources. A framework agreement will be used to simplify the administrative workload for the procurement.
