Procurement of Pipes and Fittings for Water and Sewage Maintenance

S.C. Nova Apaserv S.A. Botosani is seeking suppliers for the procurement of pipes and fittings used in the maintenance of drinking water distribution networks and wastewater sewage systems. The framework agreement includes the following product lots: Lot 1 includes high-density polyethylene pipes (CPV code 44164200-9), high-density polyethylene fittings (CPV code 44163230-1), water connection collars (CPV code 44163210-5), PVC pipes for sewage (CPV code 44164200-9), and PVC fittings for sewage (CPV code 44163230-1). Lot 2 includes metal fittings (CPV code 44163230-1). The awarding procedure will conclude with the signing of two framework supply agreements, one for each lot, with a duration of 24 months from the date of signing. The first subsequent contract will be signed immediately after the framework agreement is finalized, and subsequent contracts will be awarded annually based on the contracting authority's needs and available financial resources.
