Water Heaters and Building Heating; Sanitary Equipment – Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures for Heating, Water, and Cooling Systems

This procurement involves implementing energy efficiency measures for heating, water, and cooling systems using oil. It includes the following four measures: - Measure 1: Preparation of hot water and cooling using oil - Measure 2: Efficient electric motors in industry - Measure 3: Installation of heating system regulation equipment - Measure 4: Implementation of a storage tank for the heating circuit and preparation of hot water. Specifically, old elements will be replaced, new elements will be installed, and automation will be integrated into the specified systems. The procurement is mixed in nature and includes the supply, delivery, and installation of equipment, including related construction work, as well as conducting all necessary tests as prescribed by the project-technical documentation and cost estimate to ensure the equipment is fully functional (e.g., pressure testing and vacuuming). During the execution of the public procurement contract, the supplier is expected to maintain a construction diary and construction log, which will be continuously monitored by the professional supervision engaged by the Buyer.
