Public Works Contract for Building Maintenance and Repairs

This framework agreement is for public works related to the maintenance, renovation, and major repairs of municipal buildings, as well as substitute work on buildings, private land, and structures outside the city. The agreement is a joint procurement between the city and the CCAS, with the city acting as the coordinator. The execution terms and conditions are detailed in the specific administrative clauses (CCAP) and technical clauses (CCTP) for each lot. The framework is divided into 17 distinct lots, including demolition, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and site security, among others. Suppliers can bid on one or more lots, with a maximum of three suppliers awarded per lot, provided there are sufficient offers. The method for awarding contracts is specified in Article 1.3 of the CCAP.
