This contract aims to enhance the internal medicine and geriatric care at St. Marien Hospital Lüdinghausen by renovating and expanding Building A. The project is part of the NRW Hospital Plan 2022 and addresses the current under-provision of services. The renovation will increase bed capacity for patients in General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics, ensuring that the hospital's care concept meets current standards. The construction plan will also incorporate dementia-sensitive areas and isolation capacities.
