Technical Planning Services for Construction Projects in Germany

This contract involves the provision of technical planning services for the construction of the "Center for Embodied Laboratory Intelligence" (ELI) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) campus in Garching. The ELI aims to revolutionize knowledge generation in experimental laboratory sciences, focusing on nano and micro-machines through intelligent and cooperative multi-scale robotics. The new building will feature a three-story structure with a rooftop ventilation system and a fully equipped technical floor. The design includes photovoltaic and green areas on the roof and facades, integrating the building with its surroundings. The total usable area will be approximately 5,178 m², including research laboratories, imaging rooms, offices, and meeting spaces. The project is funded under Article 91b of the German Constitution and requires services in general planning for structural engineering according to HOAI regulations. The contract will be awarded in stages.
