Architectural and Engineering Services for Military Housing Construction

The State Building Authority of Karlsruhe is seeking a general planner for the construction of a new accommodation building with 70 housing units and three replacement accommodation buildings providing a total of 189 units at Kirchfeld Kaserne in Karlsruhe. The project includes planning services for buildings, outdoor facilities, civil engineering structures, and transportation facilities. Specialized planning services are required for structural engineering and technical building equipment, along with consulting services in building physics, acoustics, fire protection, technical monitoring, and commissioning management. The planning must adhere to the mandatory guidelines for military accommodation buildings, sustainability assessment goals, and federal energy efficiency regulations. The general planning services will cover planning phases 2-4, awarding contracts to a total contractor, and quality control in phases 5 and 8.
