Procurement of Analytical Equipment and Five-Year Warranty Services

This contract involves the procurement of analytical devices for the fuel laboratories of the General Chemical State Laboratory (G.C.S.L.) and the provision of five years of warranty services. The warranty includes two years of free service and an additional three years of extended warranty. The specific items required are: 1. One Karl Fischer moisture determination device with an attachment for measuring moisture in fuel oil. 2. Two automatic kinematic viscosity determination devices. 3. One flash point determination device. Suppliers can submit bids for one or more of the requested items as detailed in Annex A of the announcement. Each bid must include the total quantity of the offered item. The estimated value of the contract is €189,750.00 plus VAT (24%) of €45,540.00, totaling €235,290.00. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, considering price. The duration of the contract is from the date of publication on the KIMDIS platform until the completion of the following stages: - Delivery of each item (3 months), - Two-year free warranty period from the final acceptance of each item, - Three-year extension of the warranty period starting from the end of the guaranteed operation period. The warranty period for the equipment begins with the final quality and quantity acceptance of the items by the relevant acceptance committees of the Chemical Services.
