IT Services Framework Agreement for Data Management

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement for a duration of 4 years or until the financial limit of 18,500,000 CZK (excluding VAT) is reached, whichever comes first. The agreement will be made between the Czech National Bank and up to four participants who rank first to fourth in the evaluation process. Individual public contracts will be awarded based on this framework agreement without reopening the competition among the participants, as per the relevant legal provisions. The framework agreement will outline all conditions for fulfilling the public contracts, including the procedures for awarding individual contracts. The main focus of this agreement is to provide qualified IT specialists for processing, storing, analyzing, and presenting data within the Oracle Exadata environment. This framework agreement allows the buyer to procure services as needed.
