IT Services for Municipality of Niederhasli

The Municipality of Niederhasli is seeking a supplier to provide comprehensive IT services, including the operation, support, and maintenance of its entire IT system. This system consists of approximately 66 workstations (45 PCs and 21 laptops) and 25 printers (18 owned by the municipality and 7 leased). The work will involve managing around 40 standard applications hosted in a data center, as well as integrating access to industry-specific SaaS software like Abraxas and operating additional municipal software in the data center. The contract includes replacing clients, laptops, and printers under a leasing model, and integrating existing printers (including leased ones). The project will also involve transitioning from Microsoft 2016 (on-premises) to Microsoft 365 (excluding telephony). There will be BYOD access for approximately 10 new clients. The supplier will be fully responsible for the operation and support of all components, including first to third-level system support and second and third-level support for end users (excluding support for specialized applications). The contract also covers central active network components (LAN, WLAN, switches, firewalls), delivery, installation, and turnkey commissioning of all components, including data migration from the current system and connection of all applications.
