Project Management and Consulting Services for Wildlife Protection Fence in Rhineland-Palatinate

This contract involves the phased procurement of project management and expert consulting services for the planning and construction of a permanent wildlife protection fence to prevent African Swine Fever in Rhineland-Palatinate. The consulting services will be provided on an as-needed basis, billed hourly. Legal support for the project is not included in this contract; however, the contractor is expected to cooperate with the client and any external legal advisors. The contractor must provide all necessary information for potential legal consultations and be available for discussions. The contract does not cover the structural planning of the fence or the specification of fence elements and properties. Structural planning and the development of a technical concept for the wildlife protection fence are not required, as the technical conditions, content, and material concept will be provided. The contractor is required to work closely with the fence builder and relevant authorities, external consultants, and service providers involved in the planning.
