General Consultancy Services for Estates

The University of Westminster is looking to establish a framework of experienced suppliers to provide General Consultancy Services to the Estates Director and the Estates Team. Previously, these services were procured on a project-by-project basis, either through direct appointments or via a quotation or tender process, depending on the project's value. This framework will offer flexibility in supplier appointments throughout its duration, allowing for: - Direct awards to successful suppliers in the relevant lot, - Further competition or quotation processes involving all suppliers in the lot, - Further competition or quotation processes involving a selection of suppliers in the lot. While there is no guaranteed contract value for any supplier appointed to the framework, estimated values for each discipline are provided in the Lots section below. Detailed specifications can be found in the tender documents. The procurement process will follow the open process as per the Procurement Act 2003.
