Complete Replacement of Elevators at EU Student Canteen in Bratislava

This contract involves the complete replacement of two elevators at the EU Student Canteen located at Dolnozemská cesta 1, Bratislava. The goal is to enhance mobility, improve accessibility, and increase the operational safety of the facility. The project includes the following key tasks: - Dismantling the existing elevator systems, - Measuring the elevator shafts for the new technology, - Supplying and installing two new elevators, - Conducting construction work to adjust the openings for the new shaft doors, - Performing painting work, including dust-free coating of the machine room floor and elevator shaft, - Installing LED lighting in the shaft and machine room, - Removing and disposing of waste, - Providing a static assessment of the ceiling slab, - Preparing accompanying project documentation (such as warranty certificates, user manuals, elevator books, elevator specifications, operational documentation, inspection and testing guidelines, etc.), - Conducting official elevator tests with the participation of the Technical Inspection of Slovakia or TÜV SÜD and putting the elevators into operation, - Testing the equipment and training the client's staff on the operation and maintenance of the elevators, - Providing necessary certifications and test reports for all components according to applicable standards, confirmed by the Technical Inspection, and - Preparing a review report for the electrical supply to both elevators.
