The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services will be paid for at unit and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and cover all renewal periods. The project involves initially equipping all additional sites selected to date (list in Annex 2), integrating them into the existing centralized recording and supervision system, installing, configuring, and commissioning the copper wired connections and the newly created urban video protection system. Subsequently, the municipality plans to carry out multiple extensions based on the same operation. This set of works, services, and supplies constitutes Lot No. 1 of this contract. The system also requires the installation of dedicated high-speed fiber optic connections (dark fiber), initially from the various sites listed in Annex 3, to bring the data from the new cameras back to the centralized recording point. These connections will either be transferred to the buyer or will be subject to rental. They will complement the existing connections owned by the city or the Rouen Normandy Metropolis. Later, the municipality plans to carry out other extensions based on the same operation. This set of works, services, and supplies constitutes Lot No. 2 of this contract. Due to their nature and importance, the components of the urban video protection system require two types of maintenance, preventive and corrective, integrated into this contract. The project management assistant mandated by the city for this project is AMBRE Domotique et Informatique SAS, Technical Studies Office in Video Protection, located at 1 Rue des Pommiers, 27930 FAUVILLE. Contact: +33 (0)2 35 23 47 11, Mobile: +33 (0)7 85 39 75 62, http://www.ambre-informatique.fr, represented by Gabriel GUERIN. Tasks assigned to the project management assistant include: - Site studies to equip and define suitable solutions, - Drafting authorization files for the Prefecture, - Drafting technical documents for the DCE, - ACT, - Monitoring of works - AOR. A safety coordinator will be appointed as needed during the execution of the contract. There is no project management or technical control.
