Framework Agreement for Microsoft Software Licenses

This public procurement contract involves establishing a framework agreement as per Section 131 and following of the law. The framework agreement will last for 48 months and will be made between the contracting authority and one participant of the procurement process. Individual public contracts will be awarded based on this framework agreement without reopening the competition among the participants, according to Section 134(1) of the law. All conditions for fulfilling the public contract, including the procedures for awarding individual public contracts, will be included in the framework agreement, which is detailed in Appendix 1 of the procurement documentation - "Draft Framework Agreement". The contract's purpose is to secure licenses for Microsoft Corporation's software products, as specified in the current pricing list of the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) multi-license program, including licensing consultancy services and seminars. Establishing this framework agreement will allow the contracting authority to award public contracts based on its current needs.
